The Role

We’re looking for a great developer to come and work for us at our London studio. As an ustwo™ Flash developer you’ll be expected to have a passion for developing in Flash on a range of digital platforms including mobile, TV and beyond. At ustwo™ we’re keen to see a focus on your own personal projects and enjoy and encourage creativity through a range of outlets.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Training in development (or relevant subject)
• Deep knowledge of OOP and related design patterns
• Knowledge in AS2 and/or AS3
• Able to lead and drive projects and motivate colleagues
• Passion for developing UI and interaction
• Professionalism™ – Professional, Freshness and Passion

• Experience with web services, XML, UML, SVN, Ant and Trac

Desired:

• Proven professional experience in development for mobile platforms
• Experience with HaXe and/or Java
• Experience with motion and tweening
• Experience with the PureMVC framework
• Experienced in working with several devices with different characteristics
• Experience in test driven development
• Experience with working with SCRUM and Agile

• Experience of developing UI and interaction

Studio requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Passion and self-initiated drive
