An App gateway to give customer support with WhatsAPP

Hi!
We are looking for our small tool to give a customer support service using whatsapp app installed in the android mobile phone. Our customers only need to add our "phone number" in their whatsapp and our whatsapp installed in a android mobile phone will forward any question from our customers to our support who it will be able to reply the questions.
We need a Android app, it will forward to a HTTP URL by POST the number + text of the customer who need helps and the app should be all times looking for an email setuping in the app one pop3 account (host server,account and password) and the subject: will be the destination number and the content the reply for the customer.
With this solution we expect do a small customer service android whatsapp service.
We look for some expert in android programming to make a special whatsapp bot doing this task.
