App with barcode reader, input and info sending to database

Hi,
I need easy application for iPhone, I will use this app to scan and register free spaces in warehouse

1. in application must be log in screen (email + pass) - app sends info to server and get answer if good application will start. Registration, password forgot don't need.
2a. when you login you see number of warehouses, you choose on of it.
2b. when you choose warehouse you need to choose in what part of warehouse you are.
For example you choose New York warehouse and in second you see all New York’s warehouse parts and choose same of it for example baskets warehouse in east New York. List of warehouse application get from database.
3. When you choose one of warehouse you see barcode scanner with button scan and text input bar for entering bar code if it write only in numbers without bar code lines. Bar code reader can be open source or some other free (can be without license for commercial use).you can use shopsavvy.com barcode reader
4. When bar code scanned or entered you automatically redirects to input bar for input some numbers.
5. Application automatically sends inputted numbers with scanned barcode and time when scanned to database. The send process is in background, while it’s send, app redirect you to barcode scanner window and you can scan again.
All what need for authorization, data give ant data send in our database I do myself only say what you need.
If it important - I don't need that program will be in app store.
