full time iOS/iPad/iPhone Developer Full Time in Dulles, VA

Our Federal Client is seeking a strong Developer with experience in mobile applications development, specifically for the iPhone/iPad. This is a full time position with CyberData Technologies, Inc. and is for a long term contract. While no security clearance is required to start this position, candidates must be willing/able to obtain a US Federal Government Secret Clearance.

Job Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Support the development and testing of iPad applications to enhance user experience of products
  • Work with Data Designer(s) to create intuitive reports and applications
  • Knowledge of and adheres to “best practice” application development models such as object oriented methodology.
  • Experienced software development with demonstrated iPhone/iPad (iOS) experience.
  • Create data driven applications in the iOS environment for the iPad/iPhone.
  • Provide a development environment to support design, development and test of iOS applications. Also provide a test production environment that is separate and distinct from the application development and test environment.
  • Provide and facilitate design and requirements analysis and include the participation of the government in the requirements and design activities.

Job Requirements include (but not limited to):

  • Objective- C Development with formal Software Development Life-Cycle Experience (SDLC), and experience with other processes such as Rational Unified Process (RUP), CMM, and SCRUM.
  • Creating iOS applications that can read and write to iPad relational database
  • The contractor must also show demonstrated development experience in the following areas:
  • Development of data driven applications in iOS (iPad/iPhone)
  • Development of iOS applications that can read, write to the MS* SQL database
  • Development iOS applications that can be updated remotely.

Additional Skills Preferred:

  • Requirements gathering and design of iOS applications
  • Experience with Photoshop.
