Based near Silicon Roundabout (Old Street) we are seeking Mobile Developers / iPhone Developers to join a passionate, progressive digital production / mobile agency who work at the very forefront of innovation. It is their innovative approach that has resulted in key partnerships with many leading advertising / digital agencies producing exciting mobile/web projects for them to great acclaim.
We're looking for Mobile Developers / iPhone Developers with a solid background in object-oriented development and iOS development to work on a variety of exciting, innovative mobile and tablet projects. Joining their team of designers and developers, you’ll work with the rest of the team to design, prototype and develop the final product. The majority of the work will be native iPhone and iPad development using Objective C, but some knowledge of cross-platform tools/SDKs would certainly come in handy.
To qualify... We are seeking Middleweight and Senior Mobile Developers / iPhone Developers who can demonstrate the following:
• Objective C knowledge and extensive experience with Apple's iOS SDK/Cocoa Touch on both iPhone and iPad.
• Good OO analysis and design skills including basic knowledge of UML and familiarity with common design patterns.
• Experience building apps using web services/APIs with JSON and/or XML.
• Good understanding of general web development technologies and approaches, especially server-side development and databases.
• Experience with SVN and git.
Any exposure to Android; building Facebook, Google Maps and Twitter solutions or architecting and implementing large-scale solutions using Amazon AWS, noSQL databases, memcache or similar is advantageous.
We're not just looking for a pure techie though - you should be able to contribute in other areas as well, and always be mindful of user experience considerations in your technical work. This is a position with lots of growth potential, so we're looking for someone with plenty of enthusiasm to grow with them.
