Digital Recipe Reader to run on touch-screen Android tablet PC.

5. Adjustable font-size as needed
6. Adjustable screen brightness
7. Favourites list
8. Multiple built-in timers
9. Conversion tool
10. Ingredient alternative list
11. Sleep mode to conserve battery life
12. Turn-off mode
13. Recipe tags
14. On-screen power button for shut-off

? Android tablet PC device to boot directly into Digital Recipe Reader application. User must not be able to access Android application or settings in any way.
? Recipes must be able to be organized into Cook Books.
